Regenerative Farm Hand (Part-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Regenerative Farm Hand to assist with the upkeep of our cacao orchard and companion plants. This role involves a variety of tasks, including weed management, planting companion plants, hand watering, irrigation checks, applying compost teas, and supporting Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies. The position will begin with one 8-hour day per week, with the opportunity to gradually increase hours and responsibilities for the right candidate.
